Randi Thompson moved to Park City in 2015 and quickly turned a fresh start into a thriving life and career out West. With no existing network, she built her business from the ground up—earning the trust of hundreds of clients through grit, authenticity, and exceptional results. Now firmly rooted in the Wasatch Back, Randi lives in the community she serves with her husband, Michael, their two sons, Merritt and Jude, and their dog and cat.

When she’s not guiding clients through their next chapter, Randi fully embraces the mountain lifestyle—skiing, hiking, golfing, and riding side-by-sides with her family in the Uinta National Forest.
